No cloning process has been successful so far. Dolly had huge physiological problems later on in her life. Unless the livestock was slaughtered at a ridiculously young age, then there's no possible way it could have made for good meat or pass inspections.

I'm quite sure that the manga artists are different, due to the fact that both styles are completely different, but I can't say much for the animators.
