Apple: A vector is only technically a vector when its made by the pen tool. :O I learnt that the hard way. @_@ But yeah, the magic wand is a good way to practice outlining for the pen tool, which can be hard to manage.
And I'd keep the black lines. It matches the anime feel. 8D

Zetsumi: Here's an idea. You don't like it on other consoles then your precious PS, then don't play it on them. But some people arn't prepared to buy a whole new console just to play the game. This leads to people borrowing consoles. Which means less money for Sony and SE overall.
Releasing it on several consoles makes perfect sense. And, it'd be the more sound buisiness descision.
