Q: I have not downloaded more than 4 games yet! But I'm still seeing this message!
A: The system tracks IP addresses to count who downloads how many games. If there is somebody else who uses your IP address and has downloaded a game, he will be counted as well. This can also happen if you're not on a fixed IP and the IP changes to somebody else without you knowing. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing when or if this is the case, so the only solution is to either wait until the 24 hour period is over or donate.

Q: I got a forbidden 403 error a couple of times, and now when I try to download I get this message!
A: If you get a 403 error, you are trying to make more than 1 simultaneous connection to the server. This is not allowed, as it hurts download speeds the most. Your attempts to make a connection are counted as downloads.

Q: Will donating remove the 403 error and the 1 connection limit?
A: Yes, donators download from a different connection altogether.
